Job description
A senior finance role supervising operations in the Finance Division, focusing on accounting processes, financial reporting, and team management. The role requires extensive finance experience, strong analytical skills, and ability to drive process transformations across cross-functional teams.
Oversee General Ledger functions, manage accounting closing processes, reconciliations, and controls. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards. Act as first-level escalation point for the team, establishing priorities and providing strategic guidance.
Requires minimum 8 years of relevant finance or audit experience, preferably with ACCA certification. Strong analytical thinking, risk management attitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics. Excellent English communication skills, with French being an additional advantage. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
