About the role

As an HR Delivery Specialist in the Compensation unit, you will support compensation processes such as variable pay, base salary, and reporting. You will manage a broad range of daily administrative and operational tasks, internal and external reporting, contribute to process improvements, and support system maintenance. The role encourages proactivity and independence while working closely with colleagues in Vilnius and globally.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute daily and regular HR operations within your area
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly tasks based on work instructions
  • Work autonomously within established procedures and practices
  • Support projects and initiatives with needed input
  • Maintain and update work instructions as required
  • Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and highquality results
  • Identify and suggest process improvements
  • Collaborate with team members across HR to handle user requests professionally
  • Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in testing new tools
  • Share knowledge within the team
To thrive in this role we believe you have:
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Analytical skills and ability to handle complex information
  • Time management & prioritization
  • Curious and like to explore new solutions
  • Outgoing & positive team player
  • Fluent in English
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Previous experience working with HR administration is a plus
  • Previous experience in the financial field is a plus

The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
