Would you like the opportunity to work with exciting clients in a professional client coverage organisation with ambitious goals and a strong growth agenda? Are you passionate about Cash Management and interested in working with some of the largest and most complex clients within Business and Retail Banking? We are now looking for a Business Manager to join our team in Stockholm and help us continue to develop our business. The portfolio of clients you will manage includes corporate clients across various industries. 
 

SEB Business Banking
Business Banking is a prioritized business area for SEB, aiming to maintain and further develop our market share and the strongest brand in the Swedish mid-market. Business Banking oversees SEBs risk, profitability, and relationships for a portfolio of mid-corporate clients across the Corporate, Public and Real Estate segments.  

Currently we are ranked second in the Prospera client satisfaction survey, and our goal is to lead the industry in client satisfaction over time. We are committed to growing both with existing clients and by onboarding new, targeted companies. 

About the role
As a Business Manager within Business Banking, you will build, develop and maintain long-term, sustainable relationships with client decision-makers by acting as a trusted partner who understands their business and needs. Together with the client teams, you will drive the strategic agenda for Cash Management and be responsible for selling products and services that support profitable growth. 

The role includes:
  • Prospecting
  • Advisory and implementations
  • Ensuring that existing clients have the right solutions and products in place
  • Identify and present innovative solutions that meet client needs
  • Help optimize risk
  • Share insights on trends, regulation and risk management

To thrive in this role we believe you have:
You have experience in Cash Management within corporate banking, a strong client focus, and the ability to independently drive and develop business. You demonstrate a high level of commitment and a collaborative, proactive approach, combined with strong self-leadership and motivation. You are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers high-quality results, and can manage multiple tasks in parallel. You hold an academic degree or equivalent knowledge and are fully comfortable communicating in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. You have solid experience with PowerPoint, Excel and Word, and are used to creating professional presentations and presenting them to different audiences.
