Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our People & Culture (P&C) team. You will manage end-to-end payroll and benefits administration across multiple APAC countries, partnering closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely delivery. This role requires exceptional attention to detail along with a commitment to continuously improve and enhance existing processes for the benefit of our employees.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with our payroll vendor to manage and administer payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
  • Liaise with our benefits vendor for benefits administration, ensuring smooth coordination and timely and accurate processing
  • Design, communicate and administer our employee benefits programs.
  • Support the benefits renewal processes including data analysis and evaluation of vendor proposals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including the Finance and the London head office on cost processing, reporting, and reconciliations
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely and accurate submissions of regulatory and statutory filing within the stipulated deadlines
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and compliant records for internal and external audit control procedures. Responsible for all audit-related inquiries, escalating as needed
  • Provide support and guidance to P&C team members and employees on payroll and benefits-related matters, particularly around employee lifecycle processes, tax, and retirement plans
  • Stay updated on payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Strive for constant improvement in payroll and benefits processes as well as operational policies

What You'll Bring:

  • Good working knowledge of payroll regulations, tax requirements, and relevant employment legislation across Singapore and/or other APAC jurisdictions.
  • Positive attitude, with a strong sense of integrity, reliability, and commitment to the team's success
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing and data management

It Would Be Nice if You Have:

  • Prior experience in payroll and benefits administration within a medium-sized firm, including handling payrolls across multiple Asian countries
  • Experience supporting benefits renewals and vendor performance management (SLAs, issue management, continuous improvement). 
  • Proven ability to identify, suggest, and implement process enhancements that improve employee experience and optimise team capacity
  • Demonstrated strength in vendor management, driving both the success and impact of HR offerings
