A specialized role in IT Service Analytics Reporting focused on managing service delivery frameworks, ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs, and driving continuous service improvement initiatives within Santander's technology operations.
The primary responsibilities include daily management of IT Operations service delivery framework, collaborating with Service Management Governance to measure reporting processes, constructing service management reviews, detecting data patterns, and producing comprehensive reports that drive systemic improvements across IT Operations.
Required experience includes expert-level IT technical knowledge, proficiency in service management reporting, advanced Power BI skills, ability to deliver executive-level reports, and strong relationship management capabilities with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate demonstrable knowledge of statutory reporting matrices and processes, with potential professional certifications like ITIL or ISO 20000.
