Job description
This is a role in banking for a company advisor (SME segment) focusing on managing client relationships, sales tasks, and credit product management. The position requires strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to work independently while supporting team objectives.
Primary responsibilities include managing relationships with SME segment clients at the bank level, identifying and acquiring new customers, achieving sales goals while maintaining quality and profitability standards, selling and servicing credit products, making credit decisions, conducting credit analysis, preparing credit applications, and monitoring credit products.
The role requires extensive experience in banking, specifically working with small and medium enterprise clients. Candidates must demonstrate skills in customer acquisition, providing high-quality service, maintaining professional business relationships, possessing financial and credit analysis knowledge, and having experience in corporate lending. Strong analytical thinking, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to work independently while supporting team objectives are essential.
