The Difference You Make:
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting the People & Culture Department. During this internship the intern will:

  • Learn the process of identifying profiles for candidate pool.

  • Learn how to screen candidates.

  • Learn from the different specialties within the team: Talent Acquisition, Project Management, HRIS, Benefits, etc.

  • Assisting in different projects.

  • Learn the use of WD on various modules.

  • Develop communication skills and will shadow in interviews of all areas.

  • Participate in meetings with all the areas to learn about BSI structure and platform.

  • Continue to develop strong Excel and Data analytic skills while working in reconciliation of data and presenting valuable information for decision making.

  • Willing to learn and get hands-on experience.

  • Attention to detail and follow through.

  • Dedication to the team’s success.
