Au cœur d’une équipe de 7 personnes, vous serez rattaché(e) au Responsable Paie et Administration du Personnel, et vous intervenez en appui ou sur la production de la paie (périmètre de 1500 salariés).
Principales Missions
Gestion d’un périmètre de 140 salariés (saisie evp, calcul et contrôle paies et solde de tout compte, gestion des IJSS)
Participation aux contrôles de fin d’année sur l’ensemble du périmètre
Participation au contrôle paies pour les entités au Luxembourg et en Belgique
Administration du personnel : affiliation mutuelle et prévoyance, attestations, suivi des dossiers, classement et archivage, suivi de factures, enquête (liste non exhaustive)
Profil
Expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum) en paie et administration du personnel
Connaissance de Zadig – ADP serait un plus
Bonne maîtrise excel
Rigoureux, autonome, dynamique, et bon relationnel
