The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We’re looking for a results-oriented Senior Tax Manager to lead the review and approval of product launches, support global expansion, and oversee the design and implementation of tax process control tools.

You'll manage local tax compliance for our European branches, transfer pricing, and regulatory relationships with local authorities.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing the end-to-end tax lifecycle for our European branches, ensuring the accuracy of tax calculations and submissions
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for French and local tax authorities (DGFiP)
  • Establishing a tax review process for product launches and global expansions
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations as a governance function
  • Collaborating with business and product leads to implement operational tax advice
  • Providing tax advice to key stakeholders
  • Building relationships with functional heads, tax offices, and advisory firms
  • Supporting tax planning and consulting initiatives regarding tax legislation

What you'll need

  • 10+ years of experience in a large multinational bank or advisory firm
  • To be a qualified tax professional in France (e.g., French Bar qualified tax lawyer, a master's degree in tax law, or similar)
  • Extensive technical knowledge of corporate and international tax
  • A proven track record in advisory and compliance across direct and international tax
  • Impressive analytical skills and a high attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
  • To be highly motivated and focused on delivery
  • Excellent organisational skills to plan and organise work efficiently and effectively
