About the role
Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.
We’re looking for an Operational Risk Manager to continue improving our risk management framework and governance structures. You'll use data to track daily risk exposures and support reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll be doing
- Working with the first line of defence to identify, assess, document, and regularly review risks of all types
- Coaching the business to design and implement controls
- Supporting the development and implementation of operational risk policies, procedures, key indicators, and appetite statement
- Developing techniques for quantification of operational risk and resilience, including stress testing and impact tolerances
- Taking ownership of the risk incident management process, ensuring recording of risk events and managing incident reports
- Monitoring operational risk against limits and thresholds, producing respective reports to management and other relevant stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining risk tools and systems
- Monitoring KRI breaches and working with risk owners to resolve them within a set timeline
- Conducting presentations and workshops on risk identification and mitigation
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in operational risk management within banking or financial services
- An understanding of core operational risk concepts
- Previous examples of practically interpreting and organising complex matters
- To be curious and never accepting of assumptions, with a desire to fully understand how things work
- To be organised and have a methodological approach
Compensation range
- Poland: PLN20,500 - PLN31,600 gross monthly*
- Lithuania: €4,800 - €6,000 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
