About the role
As the Deposits Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand and campaigns to life across digital, offline, and experiential channels. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for Rabobank’s Deposits portfolio.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Support the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure campaign assets are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.
- Assist in tracking budgets, spend, and ROI across marketing campaigns and communicating outcomes to stakeholders.
- Contribute ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience.
- Undertake duties that support marketing driven acquisition and retention activity and ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Event Management
- Coordinate customer-facing events in partnership with the Deposits and Business Development teams - from briefing suppliers and managing logistics to overseeing event-day execution and post-event follow-up.
- Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Maintain yearly Deposit event calendar, registration platforms, and post-event reporting.
Content & Collateral Development
- Work with the brand and deposits teams to create compelling content for websites, emails, social media, and advertising—optimised for SEO and conversion.
- Manage updates to marketing collateral and event merchandise, ensuring compliance with brand, legal, and regulatory standards.
Market & Trend Insights
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Share insights and recommendations to help shape future marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Build strong relationships with internal teams including Product, Digital, Compliance, and external partners.
- Contribute to team planning sessions, brainstorms, and retrospectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance marketing impact.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing coordination or similar role.
- Good working knowledge and experience across digital, experiential marketing
- Experience analysing performance of past projects and adapting approach as needed for the next initiative.
- Experience working across large number of internal and external stakeholders, vendors and agencies.
- Working knowledge in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills,
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with compliance processes in financial services is a plus.
