You support processes impacting global lending and reporting, helping deliver improved journeys supporting Rabobank’s operations across more than 38 countries.

You & your function

Improve lending and reporting journeys by connecting business lines, architecture and delivery teams as Customer Journey Expert / Business Analyst. You help identify problems worth solving and bring solutions to life through clear requirements, prioritization and continuous product delivery.

• Work with technical teams to implement and bring solutions live.

• • Drive simplification, improvement and digitization in loan administration and reporting journeys across Wholesale operations.
• Translate complex business processes into clear requirements that enable delivery teams to build scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to shape and prioritize cross‑department journeys supporting growth.

You work within the Core Lending & Project Finance area in the Financing Journey tribe, collaborating with front‑, mid‑ and back‑office stakeholders, Finance, Risk and DevOps delivery teams. You connect business and IT to ensure continuous product delivery.

You & your talent

• Minimum 5 years work experience as corporate banking front/mid/back office, a customer journey expert, business analyst, process manager,  or other business roles in a corporate banking domain;
• Experience in Lending / Facilities / Fees, Agency or Payments domains
• Experience in Wholesale banking / covering large corporates
• Experience in design thinking and customer journey development techniques
• Experience in creating process flows and optimizing systems
• Experience in MS Azure DevOps
• You are a team player, capable to coach team members and keep developing yourself and the people surrounding you
• Ability to deliver high quality artefacts for business, IT and security / compliance

Leadership role requirements

• You are a team player, capable to coach [junior] team members and keep developing yourself and the people surrounding you
• A “mover and shaker” personality, loving change and not accepting stuff for granted

Delivery role requirements

• Experience in Wholesale banking / covering large corporates
• Experience in design thinking and customer journey development techniques
• Experience in creating process flows and optimizing systems
• Preferred, not mandatory: experience with Oracle Flexcube or other Core Banking platform
• Preferred, not mandatory: experience with Appian or another low code platform, JSON
• MS Azure DevOps
• Ability to deliver high quality artefacts for business, IT and security / compliance
