Join our global Technology team as a Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst in London, supporting the delivery of regulatory reporting solutions, with a primary focus on U.S. regulatory requirements.

Your future role within QRT includes:

  • Leading Business analysis across Regulatory Reporting and Compliance Technology workstreams, focused on U.S. regulations
  • Translating regulatory requirements into business requirements, data mappings, and specifications for development
  • Partnering with Technology teams through build, testing, and implementation to ensure regulatory intent is delivered
  • Working closely with Compliance through to final sign-off
  • Supporting U.S. regulatory reporting obligations and related change initiatives
  • Coordinating across Technology, Operations, Trading, and Compliance under regulatory deadlines
  • Supporting UAT, validation, and ongoing enhancements
  • Assisting with incident investigation and remediation to ensure reporting accuracy

Your present skillset:

  • 8+ years experience as a Business Analyst within Regulatory Reporting or Compliance Technology, with a strong understanding of trade and transaction reporting, including valuations
  • Strong experience translating regulatory requirements into data mappings and system specifications, with working knowledge of SQL for data analysis
  • Hands-on experience with FIX protocol and message structures is essential
  • Exposure to U.S. regulatory reporting requirements
  • Experience operating in time-critical environments, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with regulatory reporting vendors or trade repositories, and knowledge of OTC derivatives, equities, or FX data flows would be advantageous
  • Exposure to buy-side or hedge fund environments and familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence is beneficial
  • Ability to travel to the U.S. if required
