Join our London Operations team as a Corporate Actions SME, managing the full lifecycle of events. This hands-on role suits detail-oriented problem-solvers who thrive in time-sensitive environments.

Your future role at QRT: 

  • Monitor upcoming corporate action events (mandatory and voluntary), manage elections, and ensure accurate booking and communication across systems and stakeholders
  • Reconcile transactions and positions 
  • Act as point of contact for multiple desks on corporate actions front to back, handling queries and providing timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with traders, treasury, senior management, risk, and COO teams on issues and queries
  • Manage broker matching (Traiana/CTM), fails monitoring, and start-of-day reconciliations
  • Fails monitoring
  • Perform T+1 transaction, position reconciliations versus prime brokers, and escalating issues as needed
  • Assist with trade booking and processing across asset classes

Your present skillset:

  • Minimum 5 years’ industry experience in corporate actions or equity trade operations
  • Strong operational understanding of the corporate actions lifecycle, across voluntary and mandatory events
  • Experience in reconciliations and break resolution
  • Broader asset class knowledge is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to work cross-collaboratively with desks and senior stakeholders
