Job description
PwC is seeking a highly motivated legal professional or procurement advisor with extensive experience in public sector sourcing and procurement. The role involves strategic program development, legal compliance, and optimization of procurement processes for government organizations.
Primary responsibilities include developing large government programs within upcoming procurement and sourcing contexts, translating operational societal needs into legally sound and pragmatic collaborative solutions, ensuring high-quality procurement documentation, advising clients on procurement organization optimization, and coaching colleagues in professional growth and advisory skills.
Ideal candidates will have a university master's degree with excellent grades, minimum 6 years of experience as a lawyer, advocate, or advisor, with specific expertise in procurement, tendering, and contract law. Strong experience in public sector advisory work, team leadership, and coaching is essential. Excellent Dutch and English language skills are required.
