PwC is seeking an experienced Finance professional to join their Finance of the Future team, focusing on financial controlling, enterprise performance management, and transformation of financial processes for major Polish and international enterprises.
As a Manager in the Finance of the Future team, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive consulting and implementation projects involving financial function transformation. This includes analyzing financial processes, supporting management reporting, planning, forecasting, and financial analysis with a focus on standardization and automation.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in business controlling, preferably in a production or FMCG environment. A university degree in economics, management, finance, or controlling is required. Strong experience with ERP/EPM systems, particularly SAP, cost management systems, and advanced Excel skills are essential. Excellent analytical capabilities and the ability to collaborate with business leaders across different organizational levels are crucial.
