Job description
PwC is seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager in the Insurance sector who will help solve complex business problems, from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
As a Financial Services Manager, you will develop and maintain efficient working practices for the team, coach colleagues on career and personal skills, analyze complex ideas or proposals, use multiple sources of information to develop solutions, and manage diverse viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes.
Candidates must have a higher professional or university degree, be a chartered accountant (CPA/ACCA/CA-SA), have 5-6 years of experience in insurance sector audit practice, possess PCAOB audit and SoX knowledge, demonstrate excellent Dutch and English communication skills, and exhibit strong project management capabilities.
