The role involves managing engagement codes, invoice processes, and supporting back-office activities, ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Primary responsibilities include creating and maintaining engagement codes in SAP S/4 Hanna, performing systematic data checks, communicating with internal project teams, exporting dashboards for validation, participating in platform testing, and supporting invoice management processes.
Required experience includes a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, 0-1 years of relevant work experience, advanced Excel skills, knowledge of Power BI/Alteryx/ERP systems, fluency in Greek and English, ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams, and capacity to manage multiple responsibilities in fast-paced environments.
