The Opportunity

As part of the Marketing Technology team you lead large-scale marketing technology transformation programs, helping clients modernize how they connect with their customers through data, technology, and experience. As a Senior Manager, you drive results by overseeing the design and architecture of marketing ecosystems, while leveraging your influence to guide conversations that span data models, APIs, and cloud architecture. This role offers the chance to shape enterprise architectures and implementation strategies that enhance client relationships and deliver innovative solutions in a rapidly evolving marketing landscape.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies for enterprise architecture

- Oversee integration of analytics and customer data platforms

- Drive innovation in content management and campaign management

- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

- Maintain alignment of technology solutions with client objectives

- Foster a culture of ongoing improvement and operational excellence

- Oversee the design and architecture of marketing ecosystems

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 7 years of experience in marketing technology strategy, architecture, and delivery within a consulting, agency, or enterprise environment

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Marketing preferred

- Experience developing and managing large martech transformation programs

- Familiarity with data privacy and governance frameworks

- Understanding of Adobe ecosystem integration with enterprise CRM

- Consulting experience with cross-industry clients

- Working with senior marketing and technology leaders

- Translating complex marketing requirements into technology blueprints

- Overseeing multi-disciplinary teams through end-to-end delivery

- Building executive-level relationships and providing counsel

- Leading the definition and execution of enterprise marketing technology strategies and roadmaps, aligning marketing, IT, and data functions around a unified digital vision

- Demonstrating success in client relationship management, business development, and team leadership

- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics

- Demonstrating hands-on experience with AI solutions that support efficiency with day-to-day work as well as innovation, process design, and technology strategy for large organizations


The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
