Join Our Team as a Digital & Operations Marketing Specialist Drive Impact in a Fast-Paced Travel Insurance Environment! Are you a proactive, detail-oriented marketing professional with a knack for managing multiple projects and partners? Were looking for a dynamic individual to coordinate and execute our digital marketing efforts, ensuring seamless delivery and impactful results in a regulated, customer-focused setting. What youll be doing: Manage end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, including scheduling, testing, deployment, and performance analysis. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects, content updates, and compliance adherence. Oversee relationships with marketing vendors, freelancers, and affiliate partners, tracking contracts, deliverables, and performance metrics. Support the development and management of affiliate marketing programs, identifying new partnership opportunities. Collaborate on content creation, SEO optimization, and regulatory compliance across digital channels. Track and analyze campaign performance using dashboards and reporting tools, providing insights for continuous improvement. Assist with social media planning, content coordination, and engagement trend tracking. Support budget tracking, invoice management, and reputation management efforts, including customer review monitoring. What you'll bring: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or marketing operations, ideally in B2C environments. Proven experience working with agencies and external partners to deliver marketing projects. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CMS systems. Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital customer acquisition channels. Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills. A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a sense of urgency. Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms such as CJ and marketing automation tools (preferred).
