As an HR Data Analytics Intern, you will primarily contribute to developing and managing HR databases, analyzing complex workforce data, and supporting key People Analytics & Workforce Insights (PAWI) team activities. Your responsibilities will include data collection, processing, and helping create central reporting systems that support strategic HR decision-making.
We seek candidates with strong analytical skills, preferably studying or with background in human resources. You should have a talent for data management, an ability to translate complex data into practical solutions, and demonstrate lateral thinking. A master's in HR or brief HR experience is preferred but not mandatory.
