WHAT YOULL DO
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Analyst to support Poland Technology organization. This is a multifaceted role spanning operational support, governance coordination, vendor management, and data analysis ideal for someone comfortable balancing multiple priorities and partnering with stakeholders across regions.
Support day-to-day Poland technology operations across administrative, governance, and organizational processes, collaborating closely with global teams in the United States, EMEA, and APAC.
Coordinate and manage operational activities related to vendors, contractors, and service providers, including invoicing and payment tracking, contract extensions and renewals, onboarding and offboarding processes, and supplier issue resolution.
Partner with vendor management, finance, accounting, procurement, HR, and technology teams across multiple regions to ensure smooth operational delivery.
Assist with governance and compliance-related activities, including local operational and tax-related programs.
Maintain and improve operational reporting, dashboards, and data analysis to support management decision-making.
Prepare presentations, operational summaries, and management updates for leadership stakeholders.
Drive operational efficiency improvements and process standardization across the Poland technology organization.
Support software and SaaS vendor coordination across various technology and business functions.
Build strong working relationships with global stakeholders in a complex matrix environment.
WHATS REQUIRED
Experience in operations, business support, vendor management, administration, project coordination, or analytical roles within a corporate or technology environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and execution quality.
Excellent communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data, reporting, and operational metrics.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in an international or matrix organization is strongly preferred.
Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Experience with AI-powered productivity tools, Large Language Models, and modern developer-assistance platforms is considered a strong plus, including familiarity with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, and AI-enabled workflow and productivity platforms.

WHAT YOULL DO
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Analyst to support Poland Technology organization. This is a multifaceted role spanning operational support, governance coordination, vendor management, and data analysis ideal for someone comfortable balancing multiple priorities and partnering with stakeholders across regions.
Support day-to-day Poland technology operations across administrative, governance, and organizational processes, collaborating closely with global teams in the United States, EMEA, and APAC.
Coordinate and manage operational activities related to vendors, contractors, and service providers, including invoicing and payment tracking, contract extensions and renewals, onboarding and offboarding processes, and supplier issue resolution.
Partner with vendor management, finance, accounting, procurement, HR, and technology teams across multiple regions to ensure smooth operational delivery.
Assist with governance and compliance-related activities, including local operational and tax-related programs.
Maintain and improve operational reporting, dashboards, and data analysis to support management decision-making.
Prepare presentations, operational summaries, and management updates for leadership stakeholders.
Drive operational efficiency improvements and process standardization across the Poland technology organization.
Support software and SaaS vendor coordination across various technology and business functions.
Build strong working relationships with global stakeholders in a complex matrix environment.
WHATS REQUIRED
Experience in operations, business support, vendor management, administration, project coordination, or analytical roles within a corporate or technology environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and execution quality.
Excellent communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data, reporting, and operational metrics.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in an international or matrix organization is strongly preferred.
Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Experience with AI-powered productivity tools, Large Language Models, and modern developer-assistance platforms is considered a strong plus, including familiarity with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, and AI-enabled workflow and productivity platforms.
