This role involves coaching, training, and shaping the curriculum for European, UK, and Asia-based Academy Associates through customized learning solutions.
Primary responsibilities include developing and delivering training on financial modeling, conducting company research, preparing compliant training content, coordinating training sessions, and collaborating with various internal stakeholders to align training initiatives with the firm's growth strategy.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of capital markets experience, exceptional financial modeling skills, strong analytical thinking, and fluency in English and Chinese.
