Event Description:

Our 4-day Women’s Insight Program aims to help inform, mentor, and prepare selected attendees for a career in investment banking by providing them with the opportunity to take part in:
Shadowing and mentorship from junior bankers
Interactive senior banker discussions
Skills-based workshops
Case study presentations
Networking with bankers across all levels and groups
Strong attendees of the program who demonstrate the qualities we look for at PJT will be considered for the interview process for our 2026 Summer Analyst Program in London.
Eligibility: Students who identify as a woman and are in their first year of a 3-year university or second year of a 4-year university. Expected graduation in 2027.

Written Response: On the second page of your CV document, please include a 400-word response to the following prompt: “Tell us about a person you admire or who inspires you.”

Suited is an A.I. powered assessment driven screening tool that uses assessments to holistically and objectively measure traits and characteristics that can be better predictors of success at PJT.
