Optiver is seeking an experienced institutional sales professional with extensive knowledge of the German cash equity market. This role involves building relationships, supporting trading desks, and growing Optiver's direct counterparty (DCP) interactions in the institutional trading space.
Primary responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with German cash equity counterparts, assisting traders in direct trading interactions, developing participant profiles and analyses, and supporting the trading team's market understanding and growth strategies.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in cash equity institutional sales, a detailed understanding of the German market, strong relationship-building and communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively in a team environment. Candidates should have an established professional network and be willing to travel and meet with prospective and current counterparties.
