We provide the worlds preeminent corporations and financial institutions with a full business law service. At Norton Rose Fulbright, our strategy and our culture are closely entwined. We know that our expansion will mean little unless it is underpinned by truly global collaboration and we understand that pioneering work only takes place when our people have room to move and think beyond boundaries. As well as the relevant skills and experience, we're looking for people who are innovative, commercial and value the work that they do.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Practice Support Executive (PSE) to support 2-3 partners and the wider CTFS team. This role will provide highlevel, handson support to partners and the associate team, working closely with clients, Business Development and wider support functions. The successful candidate will be a confident, solutionsfocused individual who enjoys managing complex workflows, takes ownership, and can work at pace with minimal escalation.

Why this role?

Youll step into a key, trusted support role within a collaborative team, with real ownership, visibility and variety. Its ideal for someone who enjoys being relied on, thinking ahead, and making a tangible difference day to day.

  • Acting as a confident, clientfacing point of contact
  • Working closely with BD, supporting marketing campaigns and client initiatives
  • Producing and amending documents as needed
