Department Overview:

The Reward team is a key part of the Human Resources division, with a team of experts across Compensation, Benefits, Global Mobility and People Analytics. The Reward function is divided into 2 teams, Reward Advisory & Analytics and Reward Products. The Reward Products group manage our Benefits, Global Mobility and Equity and Deferred Compensation offerings.

Job Description:

Reporting into the Global Head of Reward, the Global Head of Reward Products will have overall responsibility for both driving strategy for all Reward Products and being accountable for the day-to-day responsibilities of the teams.

Key objectives and responsibilities critical to success:
  • Act as a subject matter expert across Benefits, Global Mobility and Equity and Deferred Compensation to support the business
  • Manage a team of experts and ensuring both global and regional needs are met and in line with overall business objectives
  • Focus on driving strategy and solutions to foster employee fairness, consistency and efficiency across Reward Products globally
  • Develop and implement strategies, policies, and programs that support the business objectives, vision, and values of the organization
  • Use of data to support decision making, define strategy and drive performance
  • Delivering commercially focused solutions within defined budgets and timeframes
  • Ensuring our offerings support the firm’s objectives for employee retention and engagement
  • Overseeing appropriate risk management and controls across our programs, particularly in areas with statutory requirements such as employment taxes and pensions
  • Optimizing employee engagement through effective communications and improved user experience
  • Maximising and optimising the use and performance of external vendors
