Job description
NielsenIQ is seeking a Retailer Services Executive to collaborate with clients in the retail sector, providing market insights and strategic consulting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in retail, technology, or FMCG sectors, and the ability to drive client engagement at the highest levels.
This role involves proactively consulting retailers on market trends, identifying business improvement opportunities, extracting and analyzing data, presenting findings to key stakeholders, and independently designing analytical approaches to address retailers' business questions. Primary responsibilities include client-facing interactions, leading client meetings, providing training on Nielsen tools, and coordinating between Nielsen departments and client stakeholders.
Candidates must have experience in Retail/Tech & Durables/FMCG sectors, demonstrate strong business acumen, possess B2B sales experience, and exhibit an analytical mindset with excellent presentation skills. Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, strong organizational abilities, and fluency in Belarusian/Russian and upper-intermediate English. A university degree or equivalent professional experience is essential.
