Primary responsibilities include leading a small payroll team, overseeing year-end payroll processes across multiple countries, ensuring statutory deadlines are met, supporting internal and external audit activities, resolving payroll discrepancies, and approving monthly payroll processing activities.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years of payroll operational experience, strong Excel skills, ability to absorb multiple country regulations, excellent communication skills, and professional awareness. Candidates with SAP/Workday experience and multiple EU language skills are preferred.
