The candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, 3-5 years of revenue accounting experience, advanced proficiency in English and Dutch, and deep technical knowledge of financial systems like SAP. Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are critical, with demonstrated ability to manage complex financial processes and collaborate effectively across diverse organizational functions.
