Job Description


You are joining our Liquidity Solutions team within the TSO-Treasury Solutions Operations department, which is looking for a Client Support Officer, for an alternation of 2 years from September 2026.
The Liquidity Solutions department is composed of 9 employees, who are in charge of the cash pooling activity for CIB and BPCE clients.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

  • Implementation of cash pooling contracts;
  • Cash Pooling investigation request processing;
  • Cash Pooling Claims Processing;
  • Regularization of incidents;
  • Respond to Groupe BPCEs customer requests.
