Job Description

You will join our 8-person Oversight, Quality & Controls team within the Global Markets Operations department, which is looking for a Project and Reporting Officer (F/H) for a 6-month internship starting in July 2026.

The OQC sector is part of the Global Markets Operations department, which includes post-market activities (trade support, middle and back office). He is, among other things, the correspondent of internal auditors (Inspections, Compliance, and Operational Risk Directorate) and regulators, responsible for process quality, particularly the quality of GMO data, and responsible for the reporting of GMO indicators.

You will contribute to the Oversight teams projects, particularly on topics related to change management, the transformation of the GMO department, and the deployment of new strategic plan initiatives within the team.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be to: 

• Support and contribute to projects assigned to the OQC team;
• Participate in the deployment of follow-up controls on the use of the new Cinchy tool, to which the results of operational checks 1.1 will be contributed, and in running workshops to ensure ownership of the tool within GMO;
• Participate in the deployment of the ICARUS tool within GMO and lead workshops on adopting this tool within GMO;
• Accompany the team manager on his activity and particularly on:
  • the reporting part 
  • the development of presentation materials, the drafting of operating procedures and procedures, and the administration of the Document Management Tool (SharePoint containing the documentation for the GMO department) with a search engine based on Artificial Intelligence;
  • interactions with the GPO/BPE community (Global process owners and Business Process Owners).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a student with a Bac+4/5 level, you are preparing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school), with a specialization in Finance.

You are familiar with the Office package, particularly Microsoft 365;

You like teamwork and the diversity of topics;

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen and writing skills.
