Job Description

You join our Legal Restructuring & Workout team within the Banking department of the Legal Department who are looking for a Lawyer, for a 6-month internship from July 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Carry out legal research and analysis in the context of files followed by the team.
• Write legal notes on topics related to collective proceedings, banking and financial law, security rights etc.
• Conduct a monthly case-law survey to present to the team.
• Assist the team in processing files: drafting letters to the bodies of the procedure, filing claims, meeting minutes.
• Write summary notes on certain files.
• Participate and collaborate in team meetings.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student level BAC+4/5, you prepare a university degree or business school, with a specialization in Law, including banking and financial law, securities law, collective procedures and/ or law of obligations.

You have good legal knowledge and have already completed internships in business law firms.

You are recognized for your logical mind, your rigor, and your curiosity.

You also have the ability to work in a team.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
