Job Description


You join the AEW France asset management team composed of about thirty people.

On a daily basis, your missions are to:

  • Participate in the definition of the asset management strategy, implement it and develop it by adapting the different valuation assumptions for buildings; 
  • Ensure the conservation and complete as part of the management of the documentation of the buildings in order to anticipate potential transfers; 
  • Participate in determining the value of real estate, depreciation risks and control the expertise of external providers; 
  • Adapt and implement the rental strategy and control of expenses;
  • Control the operating budget as well as the technical management of the buildings while mastering cash and expense flows.
