Job Description
Within the asset management team and under the responsibility of an experienced senior asset manager, you will provide support, mainly focused on a logistics portfolio, in:
- Maximizing the value of a portfolio of real estate assets, with a specific emphasis on optimizing asset yields through proactive technical oversight.
- Defining and implementing strategic asset management plans for individual assets and portfolios, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market conditions, with a focus on Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) planning and execution.
- Developing and overseeing detailed CAPEX plans, including budgeting, contractor selection, project management and quality control for property improvements, renovations, and maintenance programs.
- Introducing innovative solutions, such as developing rooftop solar power systems, aimed at generating clean energy and lowering expenses for tenants.
- Proactively securing lettings and managing tenant relationships to ensure long-term occupancy and satisfaction, addressing any technical requirements or concerns.
- Implementing the commercialization strategy for vacant properties and expired leases, developing and executing proactive plans to secure new tenants.
- Managing the selling process of assets, including coordinating technical due diligence and ensuring all asset information (including maintenance history and CAPEX needs) is accurately presented.
- Driving Project & Development management initiatives, with a particular focus on the technical feasibility, planning, and execution of value-add projects and refurbishments.
- Construction management oversight, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high technical standards.
- Developing comprehensive business plans for portfolios, identifying key value creation opportunities, with a significant component focusing on strategic CAPEX investments and their projected returns.
- Preparing and delivering recurring performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, market insights, and strategic recommendations, with a detailed breakdown of CAPEX activities and performance.
- Ensuring adherence to administrative duties and compliance requirements for assigned assets/portfolios, including technical documentation and permits.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education (Masters Degree in Engineering - Building Engineering preferred, or a related technical field), you have at least 2 years of experience in real estate asset management, focusing on technical aspects, service and construction contracts, project developments, and capital expenditure planning.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability, you are:
