Job Description
You join the Human Resources Department of VEGA Investment Solutions as Human Resources Officer for an alternation of 1 year from September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
- Participate in the recruitment processes for apprentices/interns in collaboration with the recruitment department: drafting of announcements, publication of job descriptions, organization of interviews, validation of profiles;
- Manage renewals and end of employment contract;
- Manage onboarding and offboarding. Administrative management;
- Update the HR databases in the tools;
- Manage employee arrivals, departures and mobility: communicate with managers/employees, draft employment contracts, enter movements into the tool, order IT equipment and badges;
- Communicate the elements related to payroll to the Administrative Management/Payroll service;
- Follow the statements of travel/ work accidents;
- Follow the AMF certifications of employees;
- Help compliance respond to HR surveys requested by different financial institutions;
- Monitor indicators as part of the various HR campaigns (career interviews, performance...);
- Support from the HRD for the preparation of certain materials with a view to implementing annual HR campaigns;
- Accompany managers and employees regarding HR procedures and HR policies;
- Redactions of some specific amendments.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student at the BAC+5 level, you are preparing a university or business school degree with a specialization in Human Resources.

You combine interpersonal skills with a sense of service, and are comfortable communicating in writing as well as orally.
You master office tools (good command of Excel and PowerPoint required) and have digital skills.
