            Job Description


            You join our Client Experience team within the department within the Development Directorate, which is looking for a Customer Experience Manager, for an alternation of 1 or 2 year from September 2026.

             The team, made up of 7 employees, is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting sales representatives in business development. 

            On a daily basis, your missions are to:
            • Ensure the respect and quality of customer commitments;
            • Process customer requests;
            • Contribute to the improvement of processes in order to optimize the customer journey.
             
            As a customer experience manager, you join a dynamic team where team spirit and collaboration are essential. Relational ease is essential, also certain requests must be processed within given deadlines, you must demonstrate organization and good management of priorities.
