Your Team Responsibilities

The Client Service Analyst provides product support to clients and prospects. Through hands-on training and exposure to MSCIs Private Assets solutions, this individual will gain valuable product and investment knowledge, while building client relationship skills. This role focuses on the Private i product, which is the MSCI Private Assets investment analytics platform that gives you the clear facts to manage private investments and their liquidity with confidence. The plaform unifies and enriches vast private asset datasets in one centralized place, efficiently delivering the information you need. Clearly see how individual funds or all funds are performing, determine risk across sectors or regions and benchmark your portfolio performance against one of the largest collections of private capital data avaliable.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of the Private i platform, as well as the rest of the MSCI Private Assets product suite, and how our products fit into client organizations and their processes
  • Serve as an advocate for MSCI to the client, as well as an advocate for the client within MSCI
  • Provide first-tier product support, addressing product-related inquiries from clients
  • Support senior team members in client calls and lead platform training sessions
  • Coordinate with teams internally to help shape the product roadmap, validate platform behavior, and on other projects as needed

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Bachelors degree (Finance, Economics, or similar field a plus, but not required)
  • 0-2 years of finance, accounting, or investment experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Portfolio analysis, performance measurement, or domain expertise in investment analytics a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Excel a plus
  • Progress towards CFA, CAIA, CIPM, or FRM a plus
  • Training, consulting, or client presentation experience a plus, but not required
