Job description

What you'll do in the role:

  • Primarily provide support to the head and senior members of the supported department (calendar management, travel arrangements etc)
  • Liaise daily with Morgan Stanley offices in London and New York etc. regarding calendar management and travel arrangements of senior staff
  • Provide general admin support to the whole supported department e.g. controlling office supplies, collecting holiday and overtime records ensure new joiners have their workstations set up etc.
  • Assist in the organization of office events, Assessment Centers, training courses
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for supported department staff and providing travel schedules, hotel and flight bookings
  • Organize team building events and various meetings for staff
  • Actively ensure upward, downward & peer communication of issues
  • Deal with regular queries from internal clients
  • Support different sub-teams of the Department on their maintenance of department data
  • Carry out tasks related to the job in accordance with the instructions of the supervisor
