Primarily provide support to the head and senior members of the supported department (calendar management, travel arrangements etc)
Liaise daily with Morgan Stanley offices in London and New York etc. regarding calendar management and travel arrangements of senior staff
Provide general admin support to the whole supported department e.g. controlling office supplies, collecting holiday and overtime records ensure new joiners have their workstations set up etc.
Assist in the organization of office events, Assessment Centers, training courses
Coordinate travel arrangements for supported department staff and providing travel schedules, hotel and flight bookings
Organize team building events and various meetings for staff
Actively ensure upward, downward & peer communication of issues
Deal with regular queries from internal clients
Support different sub-teams of the Department on their maintenance of department data
Carry out tasks related to the job in accordance with the instructions of the supervisor
