Job description
A critical role managing strategic partner relationships, driving revenue growth through partner engagement and developing comprehensive partnership strategies across different business models. The role requires extensive experience in negotiating agreements, building executive relationships, and creating mutually beneficial partnership ecosystems.
Responsible for establishing, managing, and growing partner programs through comprehensive engagement strategies. Primary responsibilities include negotiating legal and financial agreements, driving field sales engagement across co-sell, reseller, referral, and teaming models. Leads business planning, product and sales training, marketing events, and demand generation activities to support partner ecosystem development.
Requires a proven track record with 10+ years of partner strategy experience, demonstrating ability to develop quantifiable business cases and establish strong mutually beneficial partnerships. Must possess a 'hunter mentality', capable of engaging partner executives and showcasing Moody's value proposition. Strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and proven ability to connect with C-level executives are essential.
