Skills and Competencies

  • Demonstrated experience in project management with highly variable requirements, timeline development, and resource coordination
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and communications across cross-functional teams, including supporting sales teams in resolving customer issues and delivering client-focused solutions
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex technical, data, or product information into clear, structured, and audienceappropriate messaging
  • Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to support project transparency and decision-making
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, able to independently identify and resolve project risks, issues, and process gaps with a proactive approach to improving project outcomes and stakeholder engagement

  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in a PMO, project management, or related role, preferably in a large corporate or global consulting environment

Responsibilities

The Project Management Office (PMO) professional supports the successful delivery of highly variable projects for Moodys Analytics Data Estate. This role is responsible (under supervision of the Lead PMO in the team) for structured planning, stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and communications across a global network of business partners, with a primary emphasis on the APAC region. The PMO collaborates closely with the sales team to resolve customer issues and ensure alignment with data strategy, data acquisition, product management, data operations, and software engineering.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including data strategy, data acquisition, product management, data operations, and software engineering teams. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships to ensure project objectives are clearly understood and met.
  • Lead the collection, documentation, and validation of project requirements from diverse stakeholders, with a focus on translating business needsespecially from the sales team addressing customer issuesinto clear and actionable project plans
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and audience-specific messaging to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Partner with the sales team to provide up-to-date information and resources for client communications, especially in the context of issue resolution, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Develop materials tailored to client needs and support responses to RFIs and RFPs as required
  • Manage projects of varying scope and complexity, adapting approaches to meet the unique requirements and project management capabilities of each stakeholder group
  • Work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across the APAC region and other global locations, adapting communication and project management methods to diverse cultural and business contexts
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and reporting dashboards. Monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to all relevant parties
  • Identify gaps in project processes, communications, or resources, and propose enhancements to support evolving business needs

Our Data Estate team empowers trusted, scalable data capabilities that drive Moodys Analytics products and support informed decision-making on a global scale. By joining the Sales Support and Internal Communications team, you will contribute to enhancing transparency on our data concepts, processes and initiatives, delivering direct customer impact, and fostering collaboration and improving interoperability between the Moodys Data Estate teams and the Sales teams. By joining our team, you will be part of exciting work in Sales support, Customer engagement while enabling scalable analytics, understanding regulatory compliance, and supporting AI-ready data across the enterprise. While the primary focus of this role is on the APAC region, you will work with teams and customers located globally, ensuring alignment and impact across diverse geographies.
