Job description
MUFG is seeking an experienced Change & Transformation professional to support their newly established Operations DX & Transformation Office. The role involves analyzing and delivering key efficiency and productivity initiatives across EMEA Operations using advanced transformation tools and methodologies.
Primary responsibilities include supporting the establishment of the Operations DX & Transformation Kaizen framework, identifying improvement opportunities, conducting business process re-engineering, developing comprehensive project plans, tracking performance indicators, and ensuring successful project delivery within established timelines and budgets.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in transformation initiatives, business analysis, and proficiency with tools like business process re-engineering, automation, and intelligent automation. Strong skills in change management, project delivery, stakeholder management, and understanding of corporate banking operating models are essential.
