Full Job Description
Principal Responsibilities
Conference Center setup, including accepting food deliveries and set-up
Coordinate with Portfolio Manager Business Support team on daily catering schedule
Complete set-ups and clean-ups, requesting additional resources when required
Ensure requests for physical set-ups are fulfilled in a timely manner and are well communicated
Work with specific groups on any special events that include catering (freight reservation), set up, clean up, signage, etc.
Act as the Office Depot point of contact and process all office supply special requests
Confirm accurate level of approved supplies and toner inventories are on hand and place orders as needed
Monitor facilities invoices inbox to ensure that all invoices are accounted for and paid for in a timely fashion
Enter Facilities related PO requests in Oracle (one off requests and Master PO requests)
Ensure coffee machines are set up and that pantries are ready for start of business every single day
Schedule preventative maintenance and respond to urgent maintenance calls
Sort incoming mail for distribution and dispatch outgoing mail
Log and track all incoming priority packages and deliver to recipients with signature time and date
Process certified/return receipt packages and deliver to post office
Qualifications/Skills Required
Skill in providing quality customer service
Able to prioritize in a fast paced, high pressure, constantly changing environment; good sense of urgency and time management
Detail oriented; demonstrates thoroughness and strong ownership of work
Good teammate with a strong willingness to participate and help others, but also the ability to work independently
Quick learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The estimated base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $100,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
