This is a HYBRID position requiring 3 days per week in one of our select office locations.

About the Department


Corporate Real Estate & Facilities manages Franklin Templeton’s leased and owned global offices, ensuring they are safe, functional, and welcoming. The team supports collaboration and innovation through on-site services and a dynamic work environment. We work closely with internal partners and external vendors to keep operations running smoothly. Joining us means contributing to a culture of service excellence and gaining exposure to global facilities management.

How You Will Add Value

  • You will oversee construction and maintenance for all our facilities in North and South America.

  • You will manage real estate budgets exceeding $27M and approve transactions up to $100K.

  • You will administer departmental budgets over $7M.

  • You will work with our Planning and Design team and Regional Facility Managers to set and implement operational objectives.

  • Travel is required

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role


Experience, Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 15 years of experience without a degree.

  • 10+ years in facility management or real estate.

  • Valid driver’s license and CFM or CPM certification.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of construction, engineering, or architecture.

  • Proficiency in computer systems and facilities software.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

  • Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making.
