12-month contract Communications Specialist based in City of London supporting a fast-paced Cyber environment. Responsible for driving internal communications (events, intranet), supporting external communications and PR (announcements, media tracking, agency coordination), and creating visual content for campaigns and executive thought leadership. Will analyse and report on media performance and translate data into actionable insights. Requires strong writing, content creation and project management skills with 5-7 years' experience and familiarity with media monitoring tools such as Cision, Meltwater or Brandwatch.

Communications Specialist - 12-Month Contract

Are you a communications pro with a passion for storytelling and strategy? This is your chance to make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative Cyber environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

What you'll do:

Drive internal communications: plan and deliver engaging events, manage intranet content, and keep employees connected.
Support external communications & PR: coordinate major announcements, track media coverage, and manage PR agency networks.
Create compelling visual content for campaigns and executive thought leadership.
Analyse and report on media performance, transforming data into powerful insights.

What we're looking for:
✔ 5-7 years' experience in PR or communications, ideally in tech or high-growth sectors
✔ Strong writing and content creation skills (press releases, blogs, executive messaging)
✔ Skilled in media monitoring tools (Cision, Meltwater, Brandwatch) and Google Workspace
✔ Exceptional project management and ability to thrive under pressure
✔ Bonus: experience with digital content creation, graphic design, or video editing
