- A deep understanding of the Wealth Management sector, including superannuation, investment platforms, and financial advice, alongside strong knowledge of the laws and regulatory principles that apply
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing team members, with the ability to foster a collaborative, high-performing, and commercially minded team culture
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to advise and influence senior leaders, provide constructive challenge, and build trust across the organisation
- A proven track record of managing complex regulatory engagements, reviews, or investigations, including responding effectively to regulators such as the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) in time-sensitive situations
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to break down complex regulatory developments, identify root causes, and provide clear, practical, and actionable advice to support business decisions.
