- 5+ years of broad real estate experience in real estate funds management, capital markets, institutional sales, or investment banking
- Understanding of unlisted real estate fund structures, capital stacks, and fund governance frameworks
- Strong grasp of fund economics including waterfall models, fee arrangements, hurdle rates, NAV calculation, and performance attribution
- Proven ability to lead complex due diligence processes and manage multiple investor workstreams simultaneously with a high degree of independence
- Ability to build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with sophisticated investors
- Commitment to meeting internal and client deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Attention to detail in document preparation, reporting and data management.
