- A strong focus on candidate experience, with the ability to engage, assess and build lasting relationships with a broad range of talent.
- Demonstrated capability with proactive sourcing, including talent mapping, headhunting and talent pooling using platforms such as LinkedIn, internal ATS/CRM platforms, and external job boards.
- Experience in market research and talent intelligence, including monitoring industry and competitor trends and presenting clear, actionable insights to stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Confidence partnering with Recruitment Business Partners and hiring leaders, acting as a trusted advisor while bringing a structured, organised approach to your projects, establishing regular stakeholder communication and managing deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- A curious and innovative and mindset, with a willingness to challenge existing ways of working and improve or automate processes, strengthening your Excel, AI, and data visualisation skills using emerging tools and technology.
