As a Sourcing Partner in Macquaries recruitment team, you work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support complex hiring needs. You research the market, analyse competitor activity and use data to find and engage both active and passive candidates. You test different sourcing methods, tools and technology to improve hiring results, and take clear ownership for delivering successful outcomes across a range of mid to senior roles within Macquaries central services groups. Your insights help shape hiring decisions and support a positive, personalised experience for candidates. Working with experienced colleagues and reporting into sourcing leadership, you share clear recommendations and contribute to a collaborative, highperforming team.

1-5 years experience in sourcing or a research focused role within a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders professionally
Confidence using AI, data and market insight to shape sourcing strategies and recommendations
A proactive, adaptable approach with curiosity to test new ideas, tools and ways of working
Strong organisation and attention to detail, balancing multiple priorities effectively
