- Hands on experience in various programming languages including Go, Java (SpringBoot) and TypeScript (React, Next JS)
- Experience in back-end development focused on development tooling
- Experience in testing and productionising IDEs and Developer tooling
- Exposure to GitHub, machine-readable registries and repositories and applied automation is valuable
- Extensive experience applying your expertise across complex systems
- Experience shaping system architecture and design in ways that consider organisational priorities and scaling, with the ability to find and solve gaps and issues
- Ability to lead complex technical initiatives, both technically and through mentoring other developers, sharing knowledge, and explaining how business goals map to our product design
- A demonstrated applied interest in AI/LLM use, methods, and frameworks that you can discuss and break down.
